The program of Bosnia Property Show 2023 will offer interesting and useful content to participants, exhibitors and experts. During the meeting in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Federation of BiH with mr. Mirsad Jašarspahić, vice-president, and Ms Naida Ćerimagić, president of the  Association of real estate brokers, we got full support to jointly organize the round table as a part of the program. 

All participants, real estate agencies, brokers and investors, representatives of the Chamber and the Association, will be invited to take a part in round table, exchange information and experiences, compare practices between countries and share ideas how to improve business environment. Through engaging discussions, professionals from various backgrounds can pool their knowledge and expertise to explore innovative approaches that can enhance the overall business environment. The round table serves as a catalyst for collaborative efforts, fostering a sense of unity among real estate agencies, brokers, and investors.

The Law on Real Estate Brokerage in the Federation of BiH entered into force in 2021, in order to enhance doing business in this industry, as a benefit to both companies and citizens. The draft law was created at the initiative of the Association of Real Estate Brokers at the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
