A Powerful Start: Highlights from Bosnia Property Show 2025
The opening day of the Bosnia Property Show 2025 brought with it a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, once again affirming the event’s position as the country’s leading real estate exhibition. Industry professionals, investors, property developers, and visitors gathered in the open square in front of ARIA Mall to explore the latest trends, discover diverse projects, and connect with experts in the field. Guests enjoyed live performances, networking opportunities, and a welcoming ambiance that blended business with culture.
The event’s significance was underscored by the presence of respected officials, business leaders, and representatives of key institutions. Among the distinguished attendees were representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA), and the Export Promotion Agency (BHEPA) operating within the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also present were successful international investors, including long-standing partners from Bahrain and the Gulf region, reflecting the growing interest in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s real estate sector. Their participation not only highlighted the fair’s credibility but also strengthened its role as a bridge between local and international markets.
The official opening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, after which the national anthem of Bosnia and Herzegovina was performed and officials, VIP guests and exhibitors had an opportunity for VIP photo session. Upon the formal part of the program was accomplished, all VIP guests, investors and officials visited the fair, getting necessary information from every exhibitor about products, services or other offer and business opportunities.
Adding to the festive spirit of the event, the audience was treated to a captivating performance by the folklore ensemble “Baščaršija”, one of the most respected cultural groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Their traditional music and dance delighted attendees, creating a lively cultural moment that perfectly complemented the exhibition’s international business character. Visitors enjoyed not only the performances but also the chance to take photos with the dancers in traditional costumes, adding a cultural highlight to the business-focused day. Besides the participants the folklore performance was also enjoyed by passing-by tourists and citizens, that brought the overall event higher and wider visibility.

She pointed out the fact the highly sophisticated and innovative products and services from local companies are presented at the BPS 2025, opened for cooperation, partnership and further development.
