First day of the Bosnia Property Show 2023!

 

 

The Bosnia property show officially started on Thursday, July 20, on the square in front of the ARIA Mall in Sarajevo!

Amidst great anticipation and excitement, the Bosnia Property Show, the biggest real estate fair in Sarajevo, commenced its grand opening on Thursday, the 20th of July, in front of the Aria Mall. This landmark event saw the convergence of a multitude of distinguished guests, exhibitors, and VIPs.

The highlight of the opening ceremony was the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including high-ranking officials from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Among the honored guests were the Deputy Mayor of the City of Sarajevo, Mrs. Anja Margetić,  Former minister of Culture and Sports, His Excellency Mr. Samir Avdić, the President of the Chamber of Foreign Trade, Mr. Ahmed Egrlić, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Mirsad Jašarević, and Mr. Sheikh Mohammed Al Qasimi, the visionary founder of the Sunnyland project in Bosnia. The event was further embellished by the attendance of numerous ambassadors, diplomats, businessmen, women, and key financial and economic officials from Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

The opening began with an esteemed ribbon-cutting ceremony, signifying the official commencement of the Bosnia Property Show! 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Centre  – Bahrain for Trade, Cultural  & Economic Development, the managing partner of BPS 2023, Mr. Riyad Yusuf, expressed profound gratitude to the all  attendees and participants for making this exhibition a resounding success. He emphasized that the Bosnia Property Show, being the first of its kind in the region, provided a unique platform to showcase the immense potential of the real estate sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and region.

Mr. Yusuf extended a warm invitation to Bahraini investors, highlighting the abundance of attractive opportunities that await them in Bosnia’s real estate market. The strategic location, coupled with the supportive investment environment and facilities offered, has led to an increasing number of Bahrainis and Gulf nationals investing in various real estate ventures in Bosnia, including buildings, apartments, villas, lands, and farms.

The gathered guests had the opportunity to enjoy performance of cultural – artistic association “Lola” Sarajevo and after that to visit all the stands of the companies and familiarize themselves with their offer.
